Rules of Ultimate Screen Conventions
Every visitor has to stay informed of any update of the present rules by visiting the promoter's (UltimArt Creation) website : www.ultimartcreation.com
Buying a ticket for an UltimArt Creation event means having read and accepted the conditions in the present rules.
Admission tickets
- Taking part in the Convention means fully and unconditionally accepting the present rules as well as the rules of the association UltimArt Creation both available at : www.ultimartcreation.com
- The admission ticket must be presented at the entrance of the venue and it must be presented in the event of a control inside the venue.
- Tickets bear names. A ticket can not be given to a person whose name does not match the name on the ticket. Two individuals may not share a ticket.
- The admission ticket is under the responsibility of its owner. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or alteration on the ticket at the venue during the convention.
- Admission tickets are not exchangeable, nor refundable, even if lost or stolen. No duplicate will be delivered.
- The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or to expel anyone who would not respect the rules and that person's ticket will not be refunded.
- The admission ticket may not be sold at a price higher than the face value of the ticket (June 27 1919 law).
- Admission tickets do not include transportation, meals or accommodation.
- Ticket holders entitled to a discount (members of UltimArt Creation association, discounts announced on the website) will have to present documents (identity card, membership card for the association) when they enter the venue.
- The promoter cannot guarantee one autograph and one photo per guest for each visitor.
- The Convention is forbidden to children under 12.
Safety / respect of people and places
It is formally forbidden to introduce in the venue :
• to put it generally, any dangerous object, projectile or weapon by nature or destination (article 132-75 CP), explosive, flammable or volatile substances ;
• any sign or banner of any size with a political, ideological, religious or commercial purpose ;
• any alcoholic drink and any illegal substance.
Any transgressor engages their responsibility and will be exposed to a lawsuit.
- The entrance of the venue can be refused to any person not submitting to safety requirements when entering and once inside the venue.
- Any departure from the venue is permanent except in exceptional cases explicitly validated by a member of the organizing team.
- Visitors are invited to take every customary precaution regarding the surveillance of their bags, clothes or any other personal effects. The promoter will not be held responsible in the event of a loss or theft of any personal effect in the venue.
- Visitors have to abstain from any action potentially harmful to the cleanliness, hygiene, safety or respect of the venue. It is notably forbidden to litter the floor or furniture with paper, garbage or any other waste. Any damage of the furniture or the venue will be paid for by the author of said damage.
- Visitors must not, by their behaviour, disturb or upset the progress of the Convention. Any disrespectful individual will be permanently expelled.
Autograph and photo Sessions
Autograph sessions will take place as follows : actors will each have a separate table in front of which fans will be able to queue, in order to limit waiting times. However if the waiting time is deemed too important, numbers would be attributed to visitors so that they would have their turn as a group.
Autograph and photo sessions will last about 70 minutes every day.
Photos shot with the actors will be developed during the day (if there are too many photographs and the development runs late, we would mail the photographs directly to you).
Photographs (and videos) of the actors with personal cameras will be allowed during the convention, except during lectures and Q&A sessions. Being photographed with an actor with a personal camera will be submitted to the actor’s agreement, UltimArt Creation will not be responsible if the actor refuses.

Authorizations and interdictions
- Every visitor agrees to be filmed, recorded or photographed as a spectator and accepts that their image will be used at a later date.
- No video, audio or photographic recording can be made without a special agreement from the promoter. Any infringement can lead to a temporary confiscation of the involved material.
- Any commercial activity during the convention will have to be approved by the promoter beforehand.
Schedule
- The promoter reserves the right to modify the schedule without any warning in the event of force majeure (unavoidable, unpredictable, unsurmountable or fortuitous situation).
- The guests' appearances depend on their professional commitments. If a guest should cancel their appearance at the convention, everything will be set in motion to insure a suitable replacement. In no case will the promoter be held responsible for a cancellation by a guest.
- In the event of the convention being cancelled, only the actual value of the ticket will be refunded. In the event of the convention being interrupted after half of the duration the ticket entails or if the promoter has to change the schedule, times or guest list, the ticket will not be refunded at all.
- When buying a ticket, you declare yourself fit to hear and listen an explicit content, related to the shows The L Word and Queer As Folk. A parental authorization for minors (under 18) is compulsory.
